On the fuzzy side of the street 11
This is a street in Torino. This was shot with my iPhone 5s .
The app used to shot the image was Slow Shutter Cam, cropping and adjustments were done using Snapseed, further editing was done using Waterlogue, Decim8, Image Blender, DistressedFX and Vintage Scene.

I have been really enjoying this series of the fuzzy side. Out of curiosity, what setting are you using for the slow camera “capture duration” in seconds. Some where around 2 to 3 seconds or slower?
Thanks Don, my setting of Slow Shutter Cam is 1/4 of a second.
I do like this, a lot. 🙂 I should experiment with my phone, though I suspect that I won’t have your ability to spot the opportunities.
