Night stroll

This is the Navigli area at night in Milano. This has been shot with my iPhone 4s.

The app used to shot the image was Slow shutter, cropping and adjustments were done using Snapseed, further editing was done using Dynamic Light, Photostudio, Image Blender, BlurFX and PhotoToaster.

Davide, I love to see images made using Slow Shutter. They always give such a new perspective on a scene and I really appreciate how you’ve combined that with texture. Thanks for stopping by my blog and sending a couple of likes my way. Jennifer

Great photo. I have been looking for an app to use with night photography. How do you like this one? Which app version is it?

    Thanks for your help.

Thanks Allan! Slow shutter is good for night shooting, provided you’re comfortable with long exposition effects. Since anyway the iPhone (at least my 4s, I hear the 5 is much better in this) has a lot of noise in low light, I emphasize the “movement” effect with the “light trail” option of slow shutter.

        Thanks for the info.

I see six versions of “Slow Shutter” in iTunes. Who makes the one you use at night?

Got it downloading as I write this. Thanks for the heads-up on the app. Night and lowlight shots have been challenging up to now.

By the way, this ap is good also for full light shot when you want to emphasize movement!
